Skill & Experience

• Proven experience in the construction industry in roles such as Operations Manager, Division Manager, Estimator, Construction Sales, or other mid-level and executive roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate or travel for projects is a plus.
